After baking, Gambino's french bread undergoes a flash freezing process to lock in it unmistakable flavor. This process gives the bread multiple advantages over bread that is delivered fresh daily. Our bread can be removed from the freezer as needed and as it thaws, the bread releases its unique fresh baked aroma. Gambino's french bread is available two ways - fully baked or brown and serve (par-baked). If the bread is toasted after thawing, it crisps up, adding much more texture to the sandwich or whatever the bread is being used for.
