I now live in Plano, just north of Dallas. Each Mardi Gras season, a relative sends me a Gambino's King Cake that I share with my Texan neighbors. Talk about a culture shock for them who've never experienced Gambino's like I did growing up on the Westbank! Now, they ask me "Getting a King Cake soon?"
